My name is Peter and I’m one of the moderators here. I just wanted to give you some tips on how to get the most out of your experience with myBEonline.
• Upload an avatar on your profile page. Having a picture of yourself with your profile helps everyone recognize you.
• Introduce yourself by posting an update to your profile. You can post an update here:

Here's a few ideas on what to write: Where are you from? What do you do for work? What hobbies do you enjoy? How do you use business English?
• Look at some other members’ profiles and send friend requests to those that interest you. This will help you connect with others and increase your interactions.
• If you would like to find a practice partner, I recommend our Study Buddies group:

There, you can connect with 500 other business English learners. Some partners practice with email, IM, and Skype. Post what you’d like to work on (for example, vocabulary, language for meetings, etc.). Or, contact another Study Buddy and see if you and that person can practice together.

• Earn points (Buddy Bucks) and win Business English Pod eBooks and even membership. You earn points for each activity you do on myBEonline, such as posting an update, adding a friend, commenting on a Skills 360 page. You can see a record of the points you've earned on your profile.
