it’s best to act instead of just reacting.
Don’t let the issue, and your resentment, fester.
This is easier said than done, and you need to keep several things in mind when you do this to avoid making the problem worse or getting pulled into a pointless argument.

Make sure you ask the person to talk in private. You can start with some very open-ended questions to try to get the person to open up about any issues they’re having.
What should you talk about? Talk about exactly what has crossed the line. Talk about specific behavior, not general character.
One way to prevent confrontation in a situation like this is to avoid sentences that begin with the word “you.
In fact, avoid all kinds of extreme words and exaggeration, words like “always,” or “completely,” or “worst.” These words will become points of argumentation themselves.

Remember, you can’t control what other people do, but you can control what you do. And control is very important. Throughout your discussion, keep your head. You might feel quite emotional, but you shouldn’t let the situation become emotional.

Presentation doesn't end with working on ideas alone, it include illustrating your points to other in required manner so that your message sinks in. Using props , smile and body language make the speaker dynamic. The speaker don't need to dron on when audience behave like participants due to indulgance of their by asking variety of questions. Its' also a nice idea to work a presentation into your study methods so that your attention level shoots up :-)

Powerpoint easily attracts the attention and easily kick off the boredom. Relevancy and fluency of the topic is the most important thing. We see lots of presentation here and there. But I really liked the presentation of Sunil Sir who told the ancedote about learning experiance.
Again a nice lesson from this site, so much great stuff :-)

@ lemon...
what you said is quite right but you made many plural and singular mistakes such as doing 1 things ...you should rather use doing 1 thing.
I hope you won't mind my comments.

I truly agree with you that it really becomes to tough to concentate over one thing. But this is the basic requirement to stay on track so that we can take concrete steps ahead. If goals doesn't seem hypothetical we will surely not abandon them.

~~Let's discuss the article'question~~
->>I 'm quite interested in many things. That's why I have so many goals but can't focus on one things untill approach the goal.
Doing 1 things at 1 times and doing thing that you love so that you can stick with it.You will be enthusuastic and have a passion.
I think the SMART goals method will be a ways that keep us to stay on our track and keep focusing on our aims.

->>According to Tim ,He saids "acchieving your goals always begins with setting good goals" .Why don't so many peaple crate goals.
The important obstacle is so many peaple think "just do it the best is enough"but in fact is not enough. One,whos have make purpose clearly and one, whos not, bring them to really big different result.
->>Another things is,when you have made your target already but you can't stay on track as I said because your goals is not related with your interesting. And you will get bored.

->> Lets post and share our goals .It might be inspired others. As for myself,My goals is to pass IELTS test(600pts) for continue studying master degree in 3 months.<<

PS.
thanks for share this very good article
thanks for reading my comment if I have written something sounds fun.Plese correct it

I feel gravitate towards positivity and the confidence that a person possess in him/herself.
When someone is unable to give their ideas in concise manner then skeptics generate automatically.
Sometime when someone feels difficulty to get my ideas, I usually try a different tack to convince so that other person can also join me on board :-)

The standard four-part greeting: you need to greet, to identify yourself – and your company – and to offer help.

It's easy to remember:)

I don't think I'm a good networker even though my job position is human resource manager.
So,I think these series topics about networking is particularly helpful for me.

I hope the learning about networking can help my networking grow.

If you have an iPod Touch (WiFi), you can download podcasts from the 360 RSS feed:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/Skills360

With an iPod Classic, you'll have to download the podcast on your computer first and then sync them to your iPod using iTunes.

We will also launch 360 as a separate podcast in a couple of weeks. Once it is listed in the iTunes store, you will also be able to use the built in iTunes app on your iPod to subscribe to the podcast (this will also work on iPhone, but for some bizarre reason you cannot 'subscribe' to a podcast on an iPad - you can manually download individual episodes, but you can't subscribe to get automatic updates).

All one can do is point to the 'right way', and hope the learners use their God-given sense of 'wellness' to determine what word, or twist of words, to use in a given situation. Sometimes what might be adequately diplomatic with one person, may even be offensive to another. So many variables are at play.
